This store has top quality service The guys behind the counter really care about there customers and there prices are good too.
STAY AWAY! Horrible - they will lie and steal from you at your time of desperation. The heat boiler they gave me broke less than one year later and even though I had a 10 year warranty, they told me there was a mandatory charge of $300 in addition to the $600 labor fee to get the boiler replaces. I later found out they lied about the mandatory fee and took advantage of me because they knew I was desperate with a broken boiler and a flooded basement. They're knowledgeable, professional, and always go the extra mile to help find exactly what you need. Whether it's a common part or something more specific, they know their inventory inside out and offer great advice. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I Highly recommend stopping by if you want solid service and reliable plumbing & heating supplies.
