Terrible store. Merchant did not give me a receipt for my purchase . When I tried to return it exchange the item one hour later he refused to do it as I didn’t have have the receipt . I will never shop here again
Since they know there is no other hardware store close by they will charge you three times the home depot price. .This should be the last option.
I tried to support my local business. But man i was wrong. Staff have no baisic knowlede about hardwares. Metric. Imperial. Machined. Self tapping etc. but still wanna argue with a customer. And RIP OFF KEY PRICES TOO HE NEVER GAVE ME A CLEAR PRICE THEN CHARGED ME $5 for a key copy. Went in to get scrwes paint and a key. Walked out with just a $5 key I was wondering why this place parking lot is always empty. I ll Never go backl in there Whitestone hardware and HD will cover my needs
