Dr. Rybak is professional, patient and reassuring throughout the whole experience. He took the time to explain the procedure which eased me because I was so nervous and scared. What could have been a stressful experience ended up being much better than I expected thanks to Dr. Rybak. Eric, the front staff was also friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs dental treatment, especially if you’re feeling anxious about getting a root canal.

I don’t think anyone is mentally prepared to for the news that a root canal is the only solution to address their major tooth pain. I personally was extremely distressed and apprehensive. I did a ton of research once I heard my diagnosis and after much reassurance and encouragement from my general dentist in Bayside I trusted his advice to consult with Great Neck Endodontics. Dr. Rybak was excellent throughout my root canal treatment, which required two visits due to the complexity of the case. I have dental anxiety from a past experience, but he immediately made me feel calm and comfortable by explaining everything every step of the way. I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism, especially his follow-up call the next day to check on me. Eric at the front desk was also wonderful and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Rybak and his team!
