I have been going to this location for over a year. I have always made online appointments. Walked in today and unfortunately, they double booked the same person. When I walked in, Nina told me they double booked the same person and because I made an online appointment and the other person called, I was bumped. Mind you, I made my appointment the day before this person which apparently didn't matter since they were 80 and I am 40. Since she didn't even take the time to look, I just left. I went in to get what I thought would be a relaxing gel manicure, I got put with the same lady I had last time which I wasnt thrilled about but decided to give the benefit of the doubt, she didn't remove the gel polish thoroughly so they were chunky, she kept buffing them but eventually gave up so she decided to paint over it anyway and then I had chose a baby pink so I knew it would take a few layers for it to be solid. This place is great!
Im currently sitting in the pedicure chair, enjoying my first pedicure ever ! Tina is so gentle and made sure I liked the color to what I was envisioning for my toes. You can tell she knows what she's doing and enjoys it. I highly recommend.
