The only reason they gained an extra star is because Hanna did amazing on my pedicure! I waited 45 minutes to start my manicure even though I had an appointment, while walk in customers was serviced right away. I waited for susie and she kept saying “5 more minutes “ and then was transferred to Kevin. Kevin did a terrible job on my manicure. I had to remind him to paint the entire nail and to smooth them due to them being Bumpy! He said my nail was cracked and thats why It looked bumpy. He filed my nail bed down and reapplie... read more

This is my 2nd time coming here for a pedicure and they did great. I can’t even complain on that because she did a great job. However, I had gel polish on my nails and just wanted them removed. I normally go to one person but she was booked and I wanted the nails to come off. I thought she would soak them in acetone, but she went straight to filing 2-3 times on each nail bed.
