My first time here was great, second time was terrible. Came in for a gel pedi, the old lady gave me burns and a scar on my toes from filing , she was not gentle at all. And the owner rushed my polish , she took about five minutes and she even cured the gel polish on my skin didnt even bother to clean it up.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! I had such a horrible experience at Great Nails. This was my 2nd time there. Apparently, there is a new person, Laura? I think that’s her name. There was another lady that did my pedicure but they asked Laura to finish with the polish. From the beginning, she didn’t know where any of the tools/supplies were and began looking around. For the past several years I’ve been a customer of Great Nails by Sophea. I’ve had manicures and pedicures; always leaving happy after these services. It was a recent visit that left me very upset with the manicure. I didn’t complain then because the salon had many customers, and the nail tech was new, and we all have bad days. Instead, I took photos and returned two days later. I showed Sira my nails and photos that were taken. She apologized and did not just fix the issues but gave me a full manicure.
