Update 8.21.24: we've been back 4 times and the service here keeps getting worse. The last two times, even thiugh we made a reservation for two people, one of us got started about 15 minutes before the other, so our timing was off and only one of us could get the services we wanted. Both times, the manicurist who came later seemed angry and resentful, and once we heard a fight between two of the women. This most recent time, one of the manicurists rushed and cut too deeply into the cuticle in one of my toes, leaving it sore ... read more
