The staff at the medical side of things are super friendly and overall very respectful. I have been to two different Doctors and have had no issues with them.
I feel it’s important to share my experience so others know what to expect. I had a tooth with a long-term infection that Dr. Fallert decided to extract. Even though the infection was known before the procedure, I was not prescribed any antibiotics before or after the extraction. I specifically asked if the infection would go away on its own after the tooth was pulled, and was told “yes, give it a couple of days.” Within two days, I developed a severely infected dry socket with pus, swelling, and extreme pain.
