Our waitress appeared disengaged! We flagged down other waiters to assist us. One thing that restaurants have to start doing is informing patrons when they ask for extras, if there's an extra charge associated with the requested item. One of my party members asked for extra sauce for her beignets and they charged her without letting her know that it was a charge. However, the manager removed it, but if our waitress would have been more engaged this may not of happened, as it was requested by a waiter who was walking by us!

They forgot some of my food. The servers do that thing where they walk by and smile but never actually stop. So you sit there for 10minutes wanting something but never getting it.

I've been here a couple of times with my parents and have been treated very kindly and overall enjoyed the experience; however, this time I went with some friends and defenently didnt get the same treatment. The four of us were kind to our waiter, making sure we were patient and always using please and thank you the entire night, yet it seemed we weren't getting the same treatment as the same tables in our section.
