I ordered the Brioche French Toast, and let me just say—if you’re looking for a full-on sugar coma, you’ve come to the right place. The picture shows exactly how much I managed to eat before it became overwhelming. Don’t come here expecting a healthy option unless you balance it out like I did with a side of eggs and some extra wet egg whites. If you're looking for a brunch spot that delivers both indulgence and impeccable service, look no further than Great Maple at Fashion Island. I had the Fried Chicken & Doughnuts and it was nothing short of spectacular. The buttermilk fried chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, paired with maple bacon doughnuts that were warm, fluffy, and drizzled with just the right amount of syrup. I love a breakfast restaurant. The food is always good. Drinks are good and severely overpriced. Service was less than spectacular. This time and the last few times I have been service was nothing special.

Food was great! Chicken and maple donuts were a hit with my typically unimpressed hubby. The service however in our section of the patio was very slow. It took over 10 minutes to be greeted or get water on a hot day on the patio. Will try again and hope for better service 🤞
