This Company is by far the most Unprofessional management team. they allowed renters to paint 3 rooms of our rental property Candy Apple red.(mine you the renter were not painters).Jennifer then tells us “ We don’t ever do walk throughs unless the owners ask us to do so. Have been using this team for almost 2 decades to manage my property's in San Marcos. Their services is above my expectations.
The day we were to move into our rental is was a mess. There were dead insects and mouse feces in the kitchen drawers and cabinets. The refrigerator was disgusting. There were cockroaches mainly in the kitchen, half bath and dining room. The floors were filthy and the blinds, windowsills and ceiling fans were very dusty. The landscaping was in need of help.
