Would write zero stars if I could. They sent myself and 2 others to collections for "unpaid rent" in 2025 even though we signed a legally binding agreement to remove us from a lease with a delinquent roommate in 2021. Clearly they are terrible at record keeping and have a high chance of messing with your credit if you rent with roommates. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
This Company is by far the most Unprofessional management team. they allowed renters to paint 3 rooms of our rental property Candy Apple red.(mine you the renter were not painters).Jennifer then tells us “ We don’t ever do walk throughs unless the owners ask us to do so. Hello isn’t that part of Management!!!So Bad!!! They have so called contractors come out and give est. on minor fixes for the property and UP stage the damages.
