Chris responded promptly to come give an estimate. His price was reasonable, and he was able to schedule us in a timely manner. His crew showed up on time and they were polite and courteous. That is where the good things that I have to say about Creekview wood floors end. I asked chris at least three times if you needed to bring the wood into my house a few days before installing the floor to allow it to acclimate to my house. He repeatedly told me it was unnecessary. I wish I could say better things - I had a very poor experience. I had to constantly reach out to quote / schedule work to be done. Only to find out the morning the project was supposed to start that they had to reschedule AFTER I had to reach out multiple times. I had a very urgent matter and there was little to no communication. With the number of local businesses that can do wood flooring, I would steer clear from this business.
Hands down the best home improvement experience we've had. We waited years to have the badly damaged wood floors in our farm house refinished and we were nervous about choosing a company. Chris, the owner of Creekview Wood Floors came out personally to do the estimate. He provided a reasonable estimate with no high pressure tactics. His employees, Brad and Fernando, came out to do the job. They were both incredibly professional, helpful, and so personable.
