The owner of the company is professional and honest. Contrary to other reviews, the company does not simply blow off customers if there is a problem. We did experience a problem, the owner gave multiple options to make sure it was taken care of. He stuck by his word and handled the situation with professionalism and integrity. He consistently stated he wanted to make sure he did right by his customers.
Creekview crew did a great job. This company refinished our living room floor in 2017 and it held up very well. They were on time, cleaned up each day and were very polite. They did an incredible job blending the kitchen and living room floors. Price was reasonable also.
I contacted Creekview Wood Floors and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Chris, about refinishing my stairwells. He arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment and took the time to understand exactly how I envisioned my steps.
