Great Lakes Waterproofing treated our house with their Bentonite based system in spring of 2022. Much less expensive than the interior "proofing" which really is just we are pumping your water out as it continues to leak. They are very professional with an unlimited retreatment warranty. Great job on 1920s home in St Paul
I havent used this service yet, but before I booked he gave me the options of how to fix a problem myself if i wanted to which I greatly appreciate. Shows they arent just trying get me to do unnecessary expensive repairs.
Our basement was wet for years, they said there isn't much you can do to a house from 1890. The bentonite worked great and the kids loved watching. All of it is outside so we didn't need to move any of the shelves.
