The technicians arrived within the designated time slot, and contacted me 20 minutes prior to their arrival. They were friendly and courteous, and took the time to explain what steps had been completed.
We had some big water troubles over the weekend and I was panicking. Within hours, Hope called me and assured me someone would come. Technician Steve came and was incredibly kind, professional and calming. He efficiently diagnosed the problem and addressed it, ensuring the issue was resolved before he left. Great job!!! I had two neglected RO systems from previous company. I couldn’t believe how much time went by. My RO, was 20 to 30 years old. Steve suggested to replace it with a new system that works much better and produces more drinking water. Any of you happen to still have Nimbus system, it’s time for an upgrade. I’m very satisfied with my new RO system, and very confident when I’m having a glass of water.
