Great Lakes installed a new water softener for us and fixed our iron remover. There were a few glitches on the administration side, but Great Lakes was very responsive and corrected everything immediately. I really got the feeling that they put their customers first. We had a great experience, and I’d highly recommend Great Lakes Water Solutions.
We had a problem with our iron filter. Stephen called to say he was on his way. He arrived and got to work. He was amazing! Knowledgeable, competent and friendly. He solved our problem quickly. We are VERY pleased and would definitely recommend Stephen and GLWS.
