I went in and was told they don't do walk ins. It's only virtual. I did see 3 medical rooms. But I'm unsure what they are used for if it's a virtual clinic.
Terrible experience – unprofessional and careless I had a very disappointing visit with Dr. Mbanaso today — or at least that’s the doctor I was scheduled to see. I made an appointment for what I thought was a minor issue: a splinter in the sole of my foot. Honestly, I even felt a bit silly going in for something so small, but I couldn’t get it out myself, so I figured it was worth getting checked. Restored my faith in the medical system. They cared. They listened. They helped. As is the case for many, I don't have a family doctor. After being turned away or being unable to be seen/make an appointment at multiple other clinics, they actually took the time. Efficient, effective, clear, concise and thorough - hands down my best experience at a walk-in clinic, ever. Not even exaggerating. 10/10 : would recommend!

No Dr's and communication barriers. Canadian health care is a trash can
