Super nice staff! Can’t call me back or I can’t get ahold of anyone to save my life. Been promised someone will call me back for months now. They don’t. I have to continue to call until someone finally picks up, who is always a scheduler and tells me someone will call me back. I just got told no one has called me to reschedule procedures on March 2 and 16th (it’s Feb 26 today) because of the pending insurance…and the nurse and doctor don’t see and talk to each other daily?? Great from check in to check out. I'm glad this is where I was referred. I didn't see the doctor, I saw the PA and she was great. The woman that took my vitals was great the girls behind the counter were great. The wait was more of a pause. No complaints
