We called Great Lakes to come quote a project. They gave us a four-hour window for them to show up on the day of the quote (this is already a little ridiculous). I sent an employee to the property, paid them to be there the full four hours, and we got stood up. No one called or communicated with us. Would not recommend.

Handled a 500 acre project for us. Not only was it done ahead of schedule it was also under budget. Very effective and efficient.

This is the best tree service in town! They're punctual, professional and very friendly. They made the whole process very easy. It took less time than I was expecting and they even took care of cleanup. I can't say enough good things about them! Thank you Great Lakes!

I had a really difficult tree job, a very large old black cherry tree that was getting weakened at the base and at a corner area bordering two neighbors. Great Lakes Tree Service was literally half the price of another big name tree service that thought a crane/2 days was necessary and competitive pricing with others. They were confident in being able to do this safely and stay out of neighboring properties in the process. Everything went well (in one day) and really happy with my choice!

Outstanding work. Very meticulous and at the same time, very thorough. The crew worked their tails off and were able to take down several large trees then clear about an acre of heavy brush. The price was very reasonable and the job was down flawlessly. I highly recommend Great Lakes Tree Service! Personal hat tip to Gabe and Cody. Good men and hard workers.
