We called Great Lakes to come quote a project. They gave us a four-hour window for them to show up on the day of the quote (this is already a little ridiculous). I sent an employee to the property, paid them to be there the full four hours, and we got stood up. No one called or communicated with us. Would not recommend. UPDATE: Can 100% confirm I reviewed the correct company, was given a 4-hour window, and got stood up.
Great Lakes Tree Service, was incredible responsive. They reached out to me within 24 hrs of my inquiry and were able to be onsite in 3 days. They quoted a fair price on a large stump grinding job and did an amazing job on the work!! I would highly recommend Great Lakes Tree Service for any of your needs!!

The church parsonage had this huge maple tree that could either fall on the house or the adjacent high voltage power lines. Great Lakes Tree Services had the equipment to reach all the way up there using a remote controlled chainsaw and clamping unit at the end of a crane boom. Branch by branch came down with no issue.
