My experience with Great Lakes Subaru has been nothing but positive! Additional warranty work had to be completed. I live 60 miles north of Detroit. Mr. Steven Phillips delivered a loaner car while he took my car back to Ohio to have the work done. My salesperson, Jose, at Great Lakes took care of what was needed. However, meeting Steve, was icing on the cake. He was very kind hearted, professional & genuine.
