Bought some Mild Italian Sausage at Marc's. Tasted like hot dogs. Don't be so cheap with the fennel seed and garlic. And monosodium glutamate??? Even Chinese restaurants have gotten away from it.

I tried the hot italian sausage.....mmm...mmm...good. Lots of peppery bite and fennel seeds. Lean and oh so good!!

Tasted your kielbasa and smokies at Marc's today (mentor ave store) and they are AWESOME. All meat, no fat, and not saturated in salt. In addition, I am glad there is no MSG added, as I am allergic to it. Hoping that more of your products will come to the Painesville/Mentor area as I am looking forward to having your brats, chorizo, garlic kielbasa etc!!!!
