We had a major break in our kitchen service line under our basement floor. We had another company out and they were overcharging us. At wits end, we contacted Steve and Ken. They arrived and did the repairs professionally and quickly. Recommend calling them first. Great job by Great Lakes.
Steve is a total professional. Responsive and extremely reasonable on his rates. Highly recommend.
Steve saved the day. Other services tried to over charge us and talk us into very expensive unnecessary work. Steve diagnosed and resolved our issue in minutes. He pointed out to us what the other service was doing wrong and explained what he did and how to the prevent issues in the future. He was very honest and fair. He really wanted to help us. Not only knowledgeable but HONEST too... the problem turned out to be from all this rain ...he realized this from a simple test and then... went above and beyond to help me find the actual issue so I can repair it myself.. cares about his customers.
