I've rented with them for 2 years never had an issue. Only thing that's tricky is opening the door to my unit as well as some mice got into mine but that's expected with storage in the country

Went to lockers for a auction sale. Talked with the owner about the sale and his history with the area/business. Talked in a straight forward and professional manner. Informative and concise in conversation. Timely start to sale. Sounds as though he knows the rules and adheres to them for sales and payment on lockers.

I don't suggest renting here unless you want your unit broken into. I rented here for 5 months and it was broken into twice. The first time the owner 'accidently' cut my lock, the second time it happened I confronted the owners and they denied ever cutting the lock the second time, which they obviously did and left all my belongings without a lock or owning up to it. Dishonest people don't deserve my business and should not be in business. Go elsewhere. If you have an issue don't expect them to pick up the phone either.
