My experience with Great Lakes Roofing was very positive. If I had a question and called the office, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The crew that worked on the roof were hard-working. They came on the days they were scheduled and began promptly. The roof was completed in the time frame discussed. I would not hesitate to hire them to do another project.
The workers were on task and were safe in installing our flat roofs. They were abl e to design the new roof so that the new owners would be able to clear the roof without climbing out of the bedroom window. Thank you.
The crew at Great Lakes went above and beyond the call of duty. We were scheduled for the roof replacement in April but we had some water leakage in March so they shoveled snow off the roof so they could start working. The crew showed up every day that the weather allowed them to work and they completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Roofing.
Watched a Karen go off on you guys because you played music while shoveling a roof off. People are never happy. So I’m offsetting the negativity
Great Lakes sprayed foamed my cabin and it’s was so comfortable inside the cabin last week since temperatures were in the teens. Great job!!!
