5 + Stars all the way! Patrick and team did a fantastic job of remediating the mold in my 70 year old+ home. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process, the conditions of the warranty, how to prevent future occurrences, etc. The work was absolutely impeccable, and he was 1000's cheaper than his competition who didn't offer a warranty. If I were to ever need this type of work done again (hopefully I won't), I wouldn't call any other contractors in that he's that good. And I'm a tough critic!
