My therapist is awesome and understanding. She’s always very compassionate
They made it extremely hard to even schedule an appoitment after doing extensive research to find the best therapist for my needs. Ended up saying that because I travel for school I am not able to see a therapist unless they are liscensed in the same state I am currently in. Horrible policy for people who need a therapist and travel due to work or school. Many other places allow you to maintain relations with your therapist while you are traveling. My family endured 3 months of the worst and most disorganized therapy led by one of their therapists. As sweet as she is... she wasn't good at her job. Often she wouldn't be listening to what was being discussed. During our group sessions she would often lose her train of thought, forget her point and "go blank" rendering the preceding 10 minute discussion useless.
