They may have some decent therapy if you can get them to answer their phone and not hang up on you if you don't respond within a second or two. It's rather frustrating when you're either on hold for excessive lengths of time or you're rushed off the phone. It's impersonal on the phone and even when you're checking in for an appointment. We finally got someone to listen to our concerns & help with guiding us to a proper diagnosis. Anne Bedard was AMAZING, very compassionate & listened very well. Plus, she was right on time for our appointment.
This place is extremely unprofessional and should not be in operation. I scheduled an appointment for my child on 6/19/24 for July 9th. The day of the appointment we get a phone call that because my child is ASD they cannot see them. That isn't even an option on the drop down menus. Why did you wait 3 weeks and the DAY OF the appointment to call. This is the second time I have had an issue with great lakes. I am beyond frustrated. This is not ok and poor practices.
