Called several times. Even had a callback scheduled. No call. No answer
Got charged for a less than 20 minute session in which the psychologist told me they would have to get someone else to help me. Went through 3 different avenues to try and get that money back with zero success. Can't wait for the company reply to this that directs me to the customer support email Edit: 6 months later, still here to remind you not to work with these people
