Called several times. Even had a callback scheduled. No call. No answer
Got charged for a less than 20 minute session in which the psychologist told me they would have to get someone else to help me. Went through 3 different avenues to try and get that money back with zero success. Can't wait for the company reply to this that directs me to the customer support email Edit: 6 months later, still here to remind you not to work with these people
Poor communication and awful customer service when trying to get started with this practice. To tell someone who is trying very hard to take care of their mental health that they are not committed is a red flag. Specifically from a clinician who is there to help with trauma. Do not recommend.
