Two weeks after booking and getting all my information filled out, my appointment was canceled. I was told the therapist needed to shadow a student that day. So I rescheduled. Then I get a call again the next day saying that my appointment is now being canceled because the therapist didn't think she would be a good fit for me. All before ever meeting me or getting any specifics. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company.
We met with Amber Donahue and she is an amazing therapist, helped start processing and working with our son who has ADHD. She provided us her personal line and told us to contact her about our son as needed. We then tried to get her to connect with our son’s school and she ghosted us. No longer responded to texts. We scheduled therapy and she never showed up in person after we confirmed everything. We even followed up after to ask what happened and still no response. Never had a therapist I couldn't communicate with directly if I needed to change appointments etc, and when I emailed the main company asking them to forward my messages to my therapist they refused. I've never experienced anything like this in therapy services before. Literally would not allow me to cancel my two appointments and refused to let my therapist know I wouldn't be available that week. Don’t waste your time, you likely won’t even make it to your first appointment. They cancel short notice with zero explanation.
Every time my partner and I went here for help we left feeling worse. Sessions with "M" did not help one iota and we argued more in those sessions than in our normal life. Our therapist had absolutely no useful insights, basically seemed like she was going off a script, and can't manage a therapy session properly. Going here is generally a waste of time, effort, and emotions. Don't waste your time and find someone who actually can help you.
