I would give both the therapist and the platform/system they use zero stars if I could. I saw Jeniffer Prantera with my teenage son. I would not recommend Nicole Griffith based on my experience. I attempted to address these concerns directly with the office before leaving a review, but despite multiple calls and emails, I was unable to get a response beyond a voicemail callback that never led to further communication. Throughout my time as a patient, Nicole was consistently late to appointments, often starting sessions 5–10 minutes after the scheduled time. They told me my insurance would cover it but then I received a huge bill. I contacted the insurance company and they say it should be covered and they need information from the therapist. I called the company several times nobody called me back and I don’t think they even checked for me. My therapist ended up answering a month later and she said they wouldn’t cover it which I don’t believe since the insurance said it would be covered if they got the information.
they lie saying your insurance will cover it and then send u a huge bill months later.
