I would give the therapist and the system/platform they use a zero if I could. I saw the therapist Jeniffer Prantera once before my teenager daughter had her first and only appointment with her. Which, for her background, I thought it was going to be a good fit. It was very unprofessional/unethical on her behalf, sharing personal information not just with me, but with my daughter. They told me my insurance would cover it but then I received a huge bill. I contacted the insurance company and they say it should be covered and they need information from the therapist. I called the company several times nobody called me back and I don’t think they even checked for me. My therapist ended up answering a month later and she said they wouldn’t cover it which I don’t believe since the insurance said it would be covered if they got the information.
they lie saying your insurance will cover it and then send u a huge bill months later.
