I rented a home from May 2023 to May 2025 through Great Lakes Property Management, owned by Tony. Over the course of the lease, I experienced repeated issues stemming from poor communication, lack of accountability, and mismanagement. Wow - Tony, Kate, and the Great Lakes PM team have been a complete breath of fresh air! I recently transferred the management of my Mount Clemens rental property over from LPM to Great Lakes and I can tell you my blood pressure levels have dropped immeasurably.
