This company has closed and winterize our pool and spa for several years. This year however, no only did they not show up on the day I requested 6/8 weeks ago they have not returned any of my calls asking for an update. I called the office line and the owner, Victor. Total ghosting. Not sure what their issue is but this is absolutely horrible customer service.
When you ask for a pool inspection and they say, “well, we’re busy and all the guys are out in the field”, then you say, “ok, well how long until you could inspect?” and they say “no idea” you know you’re dealing with a business who shouldn’t be in business.
They had everything i needed in one stop what a great place
Victor and crew always do a fantastic job for me at the 70’s Lodge. Appreciate their hard work and attention to detail
I brlieved my hot tub was not functioning properly and requested a service call.Victor, the owner, made a special trip to my place in Lake Ann to assess the issue. After checking the tub, concluded it was now operating satisfactorily...after a recent electrical outage. He graciously refused to take any payment for his trouble. I want to commend this man for his professionalism. An fair and honest technician is worth a great deal today.
