I have recieved physical therapy on several occasions at other Physical Therapy Practices. . Although I wouldn't say I was dissatisfied with those others, Great Lakes Physical Therapy is head and shoulders above the rest. The facility is clean, comfortable and very welcoming as is the staff at the front counter. I can't speak about all of the Therapists there but I'm told by others they are excellent! Sally S Prior to going into Great Lakes Physical Therapy I was in PT for several months due to a seriously inflamed Bursa on my left hip. I made very little progress. Once I started getting help from Jeff at Great Lakes Physical Therapy with a process called Dry Needling my severe pain drop in half after the first treatment. I continued getting the dry needling for 6 additional weeks. It completely stopped the pain in my bursa. I am now two weeks past my last treatment and the pain has not returned. Everyone is very warm in welcoming you there. I had shoulder surgery and they are helping me move it again. They are all very experienced physical therapists. I’m looking forward to seeing what they can do for my back in the future. I’m sure that they will help me!!
The staff a Great Lakes Is amazing!! They do an amazing job and are very knowledgeable. They really seem to get to know each client and make you super comfortable!
I have seen Randy for rehab following some extensive foot surgery and every time I have been really pleased with the progress made as well as how well the whole staff gets to know their clients! Wendy is great too!
