If you want your kids to be treated by a caring pediatrician, do not waste your time with Dr. Hart at capital area pediatrics because you will be very disappointed. My kids had been under her care for 5 years and this last year something changed in her. I don’t know if it was the pandemic or personal issues, or she just got sick of us, but she started to treat us the same way many others have complained about her.
