Anyone out there ever get your V.I.P. rewards?? BOUGHT the vip card opening day of the new Bainbridge store and never had a discount or rebate! Called Middlefield location 7 times now and get a different answer every time! I was supposed to have gotten a letter months ago explaining everything! Ya never got it either!!
Please get more Benchmade and spyderco knives in at bainbridge location. There are maybe 5 models of benchmades and maybe 4 spyderco knives. Not really sure when bainbridge gets low on knife stock they don't get anymore? But then I have a friend stop at middlefield store and they have a lot of benchmades available? Doesn't seem right. Please address this issue. I would buy way more knives at bainbridge location but they don't have any quality selection.

Very unprofessional to both employees and customers
Just got the S&W M&P AR15 and got the S&W 642 last Saturday. Great guys to deal with. Also bought a Glock 42 from them. I've only been to the Middlefield store. Well worth the drive from anywhere.
Bought my 2014 hoyt ignite from them loved the people that helped me out and love my bow!
I had a problem at the Bainbridge store and they completely went above and beyond to correct the situation. Thank you so much. I will continue to do my shopping with you.
