This is Friday October 30, 2020. The Covid numbers in the State of Ohio are again on the rise. Not ONE person except myself in the store had a mask on. Amish were coming into the store by van loads and we’re already in the store. Not ONE worker had a mask on. Obviously no social distancing. What is wrong with you people?
Terrible customer service in the firearms department! Bought a defective handgun in May. Had it sent back to Smith and Wesson. Called a few times for updates with no return call from anyone prior to speaking with the manager. Finally after three months of waiting and multiple phone calls to get answers, the manager stated that S&W had shipped it and would call me when they received it. NEVER called me! Great customer service! I am one happy customer!
I bought a defective gun ( jams when shooting) they would only send it back to the manufacturer to fix. They told me it was probably inferior ammo ( which was bought from them with the gun purchase and did not make aware there could be a problem). Now I’m left without a gun for 4 weeks! I wanted to exchange the defective gun for a better one ( spend more money! ) but was told no. Buy your guns and ammo elsewhere!
