Very nasty and hard to deal with would not give in Perce at all even had to hang up on him after telling him several times I can't afford this vehicle at that price. Would not deal with him / but anything from him he is not someone you want to deal with
I did text him and was answered right away. Very helpful, did not try to push other trucks on me, I felt respected and comfortable texting him.
Only had a couple messages and a phone conversation, they were very professional and non pushy
Salesman contacted me within minutes, Didn't have the vehicle I was interested in but suggested another one on their lot, Made arrangements for me to see vehicle right away which lead to buying the vehicle.
I had a very good experience with GLM. Communication with Bob was always very prompt and he also went out of his way to meet us closer to home than his office. Thanks Bob for your assistance with this purchase.
