On September 8, 2018 I issued a refund for my appraisal due to the fact that I decided not to go along with the home offer anymore. I wrote a check for the appraisal August 24, 2018 and they took it out immediately and told me they would do the appraisal that following Tuesday and I would receive an email, needless to say by September 8th they still had not done the appraisal or did not give any updates on what was going on.
