Extremely poor service. Unfortunately Great Lakes & Land do not represent their clients well. A listing agent should (1) be interested in selling/advertising properties they list, and (2) represent the best interests of their customers. You can do much better. Avoid at all costs.

Found a land locked property and Tim negotiate with 2 adjacent owners to purchase the entire 280 acres, I am living in dreamland now. Thanks so much to the staff & Tim very easy to work with

It's amazing how helpful and accommodating they were to me and they weren't even my realtors, they represented the seller. It was very old-fashioned gracious and friendly service.
