Front desk worker was not wearing a mask but had the nerve to tell me I needed one over the phone
FYI they schedule everyone for the same appointment time. They add a statement during registration if you don't show they will charge your card so you are stuck in the loooomg line unless you want to pay for nothing. The biggest annoyance is they didn't start on time! They have 1 employee running in and out of the building very unorganized! I called them while in line and they said the line moves really fast my appointment was at 9 finally tested at 10:03..
