Without question, the WORST oral surgery experience I've ever had, and I've had a few. Went to have an impacted Wisdom tooth extracted, and he took that and the molar in front of it out, seemingly WITHOUT any kind of Sedation or Anesthesia. He talked up a 'good game' prior to the surgery, telling me that I would be "twighlighted" and might not even hear him talking to me. That turned out to be a flat out lie. Seen his partner today to have a tooth pulled. When I made the appt. I was given a price when I left the price was 3 times higher & didn't include everything. The staff was VERY nice. I would be nice also if I was getting paid 3-4 times the amount more then I was told.

I had some wisdom teeth removed surgically at Great Lakes Jaw and Implant center. First of all the people were very nice and welcoming and helpful. You do have to look up your own insurance and make sure you have coverage (they don't do that for you). But they explained to me what was going to happen. They wrote down after care instructions in case I forgot (because when your on drugs you will probably forget). They gave me a TON of gauze that lasted for days. These guys are great! I had 5 teeth pulled in one day and as miserable as it should have been they made it as pleasant as possible. The whole staff is caring, considerate and professional.
