My dad used this company and they treated him very well. When he passed I went in to handle affairs and they were very nice to me as well! If I lived locally I would use this business just because of the customer service alone!
Seems like they dont have a clue what they are doing. Weve gotten 2 different amounts to pay 2 different dates and nither Paige nor Tammie even calls you back they just say they will. Weve gotten cancelation notices and now dont know how much we owe, when its due or even if we are covered. Not impressed at all.
