Beware of Dr. Sanford Pederson. He was to testify in my father in-law's compentcy case, who has dementia, on Feb. 7, 2024, instead Pederson only said he did not have his report and failed to provide testimony regarding his patient. This is after paying him thousands ($!), and believing in his medical diagnosis, medical opinion and compentcy. Now my father in-law will not get the help he needs; endangering himself and others. Paid Dr. Pederson $4000 retainer to testify to his incapacitation testing completed on my father at Community Hospital North Behavioral Health geriatric. In court today he testified that he forgot the material at him home and could bot remember one thing. He made my attorney look inept before the court. Furthermore, Dr. Pederson did not personally perform the test. He had an unqualified technician perform the tests on dad. The most UNPROFESSIONAL doctor I have come across. DO NOT HIRE HIM.

Office staff is less than helpful. Has been nearly 4 months for them to even attempt to get an insurance preauthorization for my wife to see them as referred by her Neurologist.
