ABSOLUTLY THE WOSRT CAR DEALER EVER .SIGNED ALL THE PAPERWORK ,DROVE OFF ONLY FOR THEM TO CALL BACK AND SAID THAT I OWED THEM 900 DOLLARS. THEY SAID BECAUSE IS WAS A SANTA CRUZ WAS THE REASON I DIDNT GET THE TAX CREDIT THEY PROMISED.COMPLETE LIARS ,WOULD NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMY THERE.
Avoid this dealership at all costs. Their pricing online is deceptive, and I have the saved documents to support. Thiis never went into the dealership thank God I didn't waste my time going into the dealership and waste my valuable time. They add additional charges like destination which is already on the MSRP and other fees that cover their massive discount. If I could leave a 0 I would. This company needs to be highly investigated. I took my car in 9/2 for a battery light flashing, I was told it was the Alternator. I gave the OK to replace the part along with the other items they stated were safety issues, this visit was just under $4,000.00. They are particularly gifted in dealing with baby boomers, who usually like to discuss details as opposed to watching a video about a new car. Calling all Baby Boomers interested in Hyundai cars. I recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Southern States Hyundai. I had a frustrating experience with the service department. Had a issue with a fuse that would continually trip.. deactivating the rear view camera and some other minor systems. The error on the dash pointed to a issue with the head light assembly.. Over a 1 month period I took the car back and forth for the same issue. Service Department kept checking the wiring and resetting the alert. I finally did my own research on the issue and explain to them it was a motor in the headlight assembly. Take a look at this photo of the scare tactic used. Analyze this picture and notice the actual radiator is almost perfect with a drop of coolant. Look at the close-up picture of the coolant overflow bottle the bottle is plastic and has ridges if you look close you even see on the bottle that there is a L/F level indicator. This cracked up distorted picture of the coolant bottle was used to make a really bad service scam recommendation. This overflow bottle makes it look drastic.
