Not even one star is deserve!Greatly disappointed, been a customer leasing cars for over 12 years and owned cars , my family has bought and lease cars since I can remember this past experience of buying out my lease was horrible. Sold me a car. Within 3 days the door handle fell off on the drivers side of the passenger door. The odometer is flashing and radio keeps going on and off. I stopped at the gas station to fill my car about a week later, it had about half a tank when I got it. The gas tank keeps shutting off like it is full. I can only put in a few dollars of gas at a time. Huge ripoff being sold this vehicle! I wish the state of Ohio would shut down this business. We never told them to leave until they damaged our rental car and refused to take care of it they got loud and i told them to leave. Once they take care of what they damaged we would help them but profanity and screaming in my showroom was not any way to get someone to help you
We found a 2020 Chevy Equinox online. It was listed for $29900 with 12300 miles. We went out to test drive, all went well. The car actually had 13700 miles. One strike. They came back with some numbers, adding on a paint sealant for $999, and a special brake light $399. Strike two and three. The problem I have is false advertising. This dealership has a car on their lot for more than 30 days. I see the car started out at $9,188 but I didn't see it until a few weeks later when they raised it to $9,322! Within 3 days of getting a price quote and telling them I would be in for the car, they raised the price again to $9,755 and would not honor my price quote telling me it was a new month with a different price.
