I had a service scheduled for Friday and had issues with the service dept. I dropped off my car and called to ensure they got it but I was transferred to the dealership, sent to voicemail, and downright hung up on several times. Overall an awful experience that was making me doubt my choice to get the maintenance package when I got my car. I tried calling again Saturday with low hopes and immediately got connected to Nico. Horrible, will make you pay diagnostics even on parts that should be under warranty. If you have any mobility modifications don't take your car here their too lazy to put it on a lift. Horrible experiences gave them another shot and they blew it again. Keep driving past this joke.
