I had an appointment today with Dylan Haines. Let me tell you the best experience I’ve ever had. He was so personable that I felt like I’ve known him for years! And the customer service was amazing which is rare nowadays. He followed me home in my new car so I didn’t have to leave one there. Not only that, he stayed 2 hours past his shift to help me out. That’s unbelievable! Thank you Dylan!
I had an amazing experience with Stashia Brumley, she made my experience amazing. I am a first time buyer and she made the process easy and light! She throughly explained each process and the reasons behind them, made time fly, and the environment bright. I would 100% request her again and again! I truly cannot say enough about my experience with Great Lakes Honda, they all were inviting and easy to work with. Truly amazing people and an amazing environment!
