Finance lady was extremely rude. Legitimately had to say no more than 30 times to the extended warranty she tried to sell me. What should have taken 20 minutes took over an hour. Extremely displeased with her pushy attitude and rude behavior. Salespeople were very helpful, finance lady was awful.
I just bought my first brand new car and Dylan was my sales person… he was very funny very helpful and great to work with! I totally recommend Great Lake Honda and will definitely recommend people to go buy from Dylan! Thank you for making my experience great and stress free!
They have my van but yet can’t find it in the system, who knows when it’ll be done, and they wont call me back. Honda sold us a brand new transmission that was faulty, now they are replacing it and I haven’t had a vehicle for over a month! The least they could do is call back! DONT WAIST YOUR TIME. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP. Would rate 0 if this option was available. Contacted them about a car that they had for sale, and they said it was in transit and wouldn’t be available for a few days. Then they contacted me about it being at the dealership but needed to be repaired and would let me know when that was complete. I tried to put a hold on the car for purchase after the repairs were done. THEY WOULD NOT DO THAT. THE NEXT DAY THEY SOLD THE VEHICLE. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
