Got sold a 2019 Honda HRV by Forrest, loved the car until the AC gave out a month in. Tried to get ahold of him to no avail but did get ahold of a manager, Teddy. He promised me they would be able to fix my car free of charge. I confirmed this multiple times. This is a review related to my interactions with Joe Pawlowski, Service Advisor at Great Lakes Honda. Recently, I purchased a 2026 Honda Passport. Shortly after the purchase, I noticed a small section of molding trim around one of the windows wasn’t fully attached.
