I just got a new Apple I phone and had trouble connecting it to my Honda CRV - after stopping at 3 Verizon stores on my way home and still unsuccessful it was recommended that I go to a Honda dealership- Great Lakes Honda was on my way home but not my regular dealership for service- so I wasn’t sure if they would help me. I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for service for the last couple of years after purchasing it from Great Lakes Honda. I dropped it off for an oil change, tire rotation, and transmission fluid change. When I picked it up, the service advisor informed me they’d replaced my cabin and engine filters for $140 without mentioning it beforehand.
