Our 2022 Honda Hybrid CRV went into "limp mode" on the turnpike, and luckily we were close to Great Lakes Honda. They got us right in, and Justin was so kind and helpful. He ran diagnostics, and when no codes were showing any issues, he assured us we could make it home and schedule a full review with our local Honda dealership for service. I have now dealt with - and tried to deal with - Great Lakes Honda several times now. I have yet to have a good experience. A year and a half ago, salesman Damon Walton outright lied to me about several aspects of not only the Prologue he convinced me to lease, but also the lease itself. Because I was too trusting, I believed him when he said we would sign up for the 1,600 mile a year lease and was okay with the cost (which *should* have included the new grad discount as well, but of course didn't).
