Kept in touch with us through multiple home offers Answered questions as needed, kept us up on information needed with us and the process Reached out to us to make sure we didn't have questions and answered questions timely. Made sure we were aware of interest rates and anything we needed to know. Honestly just made us comfortable through the entire process and nothing I can think of negatively.
