Jen answered my call this morning and although her crews were booked for the day she came out and cleaned my gutters herself before the 2-4 inches of rain comes tonight! Amazing customer service, amazing response time! Getting a quote on gutter guards so she doesn't have to come out and clean them again!

Years ago I installed my own 5" gutters, but last year a new metal roof had left the drip edge further away from my facia. So, I hired GLG to install new 6" gutters. Unfortunately they were either unwilling or unskilled enough to cut the gutter wedges to properly match the angle of my facia boards or order ones with the correct angles, like I had when I installed my 5" gutters. (This company is beyond unprofessional and authorities will be called if they step foot our property. We have been threatened twice by this company. One time they even threatened to cause damage to our house! I can’t leave a proper review due to all their threats. Apparently if you leave a bad review, they think it’s grounds to bully you into taking it down and threaten to contact a lawyer.
