Honestly the most frustrating healthcare organization ever. Try and schedule a new appointment. It's almost impossible. Between my wife and I we have left over 20 messages with multiple offices for various situations and received exactly zero call backs. Only by calling and praying someone answers can one get an appointment. Truly awful customer service.
I can’t even get them to return my calls so I can schedule a procedure.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Incredibly rude staff, they have no patience and NEVER schedule my procedures. They sit there and lie to you saying they put in the order when they never did. And the receptionist told me to call my insurance company about it because “it must be something on their end”. Mind you I called my insurance company and they were confused why I was calling about this and they were really upset I even had to call considering that it’s the office’s job and I’m technically not even allowed to ca... read more
The staff is very friendly and receptionist. However Janet was no help at all she rushes through all the appointments I had with her little to no info. Poor communication, I voiced my concern and I made the appointment for images of my stomach for pain. “ it doesn’t sound gi that’s your primary care Dr fault”. Well I told her my Dr sent me there for imaging. Still didn’t help. She said it was on my Dr. and left out the room. Very friendly staff and was able to fit me in quickly for my GI issues! They listen to you and try to find a solution to make sure you get to the bottom of your issues. Great team and I trust them with looking after my GI needs.
