My wife went in for a colonostomy and doctor Pivison came in after to say he couldnt finish because my wife didnt adhere to the prep the night before. She most definately did as I was with her. The doctor was cocky with me, but I gave it right back. Doctors like this act like they are God. Honestly the most frustrating healthcare organization ever. Try and schedule a new appointment. It's almost impossible. Between my wife and I we have left over 20 messages with multiple offices for various situations and received exactly zero call backs. Only by calling and praying someone answers can one get an appointment. Truly awful customer service.
I can’t even get them to return my calls so I can schedule a procedure.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Incredibly rude staff, they have no patience and NEVER schedule my procedures. They sit there and lie to you saying they put in the order when they never did. And the receptionist told me to call my insurance company about it because “it must be something on their end”. Mind you I called my insurance company and they were confused why I was calling about this and they were really upset I even had to call considering that it’s the office’s job and I’m technically not even allowed to ca... read more
