Bought my supposedly brand new Explorer ST there Oct 2024. The car was Dirty, multiple scratches in and outside with a chip in front window. The camera also had a recall. Fast forward not even a year, to the check engine light on. Called to get vehicle in with no appointments available for 2 weeks. Also requested a loaner if it needed to stay over night.
