Very rude and pushy to get surgery.
I went to this location, Dr. Hanson for my orthotics because my feet where hurting really bad because they’re hard as a brick and he said he can’t lower me anymore I said because they’re really hard that’s why they’re hurting my feet and he says why can’t do anything about that. I can just lower them but they can’t be lowered anymore. All about the money that’s why they make them like that you keep on coming back and you have to pay for your appointments. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Great Lakes Foot & Ankle. I went in to get help with chronic ingrown toe nails. My first appointment they wanted to do surgery on the spot. They did not take any time to give me a proper consultation. They did not take any time to properly educate me on the procedure and aftermath. In fact, they completely undermined the situation and acted like it was no big deal. I had absolutely no idea how extremely painful the aftermath would be.
