Great communication, great people and the area was spotless when they were completed. Didn't have to re-seed grass, etc.. Only issue I had was 4-5 years down the road, some of the screws that hold in my vertical fence rails have fallen out. Not a big deal and didn't affect my rating of them - I've put in a request for more of the same screw so I can replace the ones that have fallen out since I can't find them in the grass. The gate to my fence has shifted and will not close. I called a few weeks ago and set up a time for them to come out. No show, no call. I left two messages. Nothing. I called again and they said they would be here today at 8am. Well, it’s 9am and again, no show, no call. I called them and it went to voicemail. This is not the way a professional company treats their clients! I spent a ton of money getting this fence put up by them and they can’t even fix it when it’s not right?! This is ridiculous!
